THE ADVENTURE CONTINUES....SEPTEMBER 2021

10-2-21 Saturday 7:29 AM (U.S. Eastern Time) -  "Retreat Cabin" In the Mountains of East TN - Report submitted by Air Mobile Joe

EASY GOING....

On this beautiful, brisk (mid 50's) Saturday morning in the Mountains of East TN....nothing special going on.

Paul, our aircraft mechanic is conducting a "Progressive Inspection" on the Little Donkey down in Florida.

Bermuda may get some strong winds and surf from Hurricane Sam.

We may go to our little town of Sneedville and see the Fall Festival today.

This evening, I'll watch my beloved LSU Tigers take on the Auburn Tigers.  Should be a great game.

Most chores are caught up and it's just an easy-going day.  I like those!

Sure do appreciate you wandering down this road of life with me. Above all, I appreciate your precious prayer, love and support!!!

A TIME TO REFLECT....

Being at the "Retreat Cabin", in between "missions" allows me time to reflect on the things I've seen over the last few months.

I knew when President Moise was assassinated on July 7th, things would heat up politically in Haiti.  And they did, with roving gangs and kidnapping and murders.

Then....the 7.2 Earthquake hit the southern Peninsula on August 14th.  With that terrible quake, Air Mobile had to GO!

And GO we did bringing in 10 Air Mobile Rescuer Water Purifiers, THANKS to the generosity of you our donors! We landed in Haiti on August 16th.

We were able to deploy them in Jeremie, a town very hard hit.

We worked closely with Bobby and Sherry Burnett of "Love-A-Child".

I've known Bobby and Sherry for over 43 years.  Love them!!

We met with Mayor Yves Rose of Jeremie.  She was a great contact  and helped us immensely.

We deployed all 10 units in very strategic locations.

Returned to the U.S. to RELOAD with 10 more Air Mobile Rescuers destined for Les Cayes, Haiti.  Another town hard hit.

But....Hurricane IDA hit Louisiana, my home state on August 29th.  I knew that Air Mobile had to GO!

Loaded up the Little Donkey and flew to Hammond, LA.  Met up with dear friends Dan and Charlene Andrews, who hosted me and gave an excellent STAGING AREA.

Then Linked up with the Louisiana Cajun Navy.  We've worked with these Guys before.

Together we were able to strategically place Air Mobile Rescuers.

Even today, our dear friend, Julia Walen is scouting out strategic locations for Rescuers.

Upon returning to Tennessee from Louisiana, we were able to RELOAD the Little Donkey with 10 more Rescuers and it was back to Haiti.

After landing in Haiti on September 19th, we secured Flight Authorization to fly back into Jeremie and deploy another "Rescuer" with Mayor Yves Rose.

Then, the next day we flew into Les Cayes were we linked up with YWAM (Youth With A Mission).

We traveled to San Luis du Sud and presented 2 Air Mobile Rescuers to Mayor Edwin Ceiede.

It was a pleasure meeting Mayor Edwin and hearing his remarkable story.  He's a GREAT MAYOR!

At the end of the day, I presented Tyler Emmorey of YWAM with 2 Air Mobile Rescuers.

At the end the "mission", I gave Barbara Walker a ride back to the U.S. and she spent a couple of days with us here at the Retreat Cabin.

Whew!!  It's been a busy couple of months.

I'm glad to be home for a while!

I know that I say this every day, but I mean it with all of my heart....THANK YOU for your precious prayer, love and support!!

PEACE....

In the midst of all of the political turmoil over the COVID-19 vaccine and the Afghanistan debacle....I find PEACE in God's Word.

Came across this verse this morning while reading Proverbs 30.

Indeed, EVERY WORD OF GOD IS PURE:  HE IS A SHIELD UNTO THEM THAT PUT THEIR TRUST IN HIM!!

Many of our "Missions" take us into the heart of COVID-19 infections.

I stand on Psalm 91:4 for HIS PROTECTION!

All I can say is THANK YOU JESUS for your protection!!

And....THANK YOU for your faithful prayer, love and support!!

A QUIET TIME.....

Here at the "Retreat Cabin", one can hardly hear anything but....the sound of ducks, donkeys, horses, cattle, crows, song birds and the list goes on.

If one simply sits and listens, it is like a chorus of God's Glorious Nature.

Having recently returned from Haiti and Louisiana the memory of the "roar" still lingers.  The sights & sounds of the devastation and loss still lingers.

When I leave an area of destruction, there is a bit of guilt....could I have done more?

I suppose those feelings just "go with the territory" of doing Disaster Relief.

The truth is....I'm not getting any younger.  I find myself needing more REST & QUIET TIME IN THE WORD WITH OUR LORD.

It is "in between" missions that my battery gets charged and my heart receives healing.

So, today, among the chores, I'll "steal away" some QUIET TIME with JESUS.

And, as I say every single day and mean with all of my heart, THANK YOU for your precious prayer, love and support!!

BON VOYAGE BARBARA....

We've had the blessing of having Barbara Walker with us for the last few days.

She has an early flight to NY this morning out of Knoxville.  Will write more later.

We left the Retreat Cabin at 4:30 am and arrived in Knoxville Airport right on time.

Had a quick and safe ride back to the Retreat Cabin.

Cindy and I can't begin to tell you how much we appreciate Barbara.  Of course, Barb 'rescued' Juliet and Ariana from Haiti.

But, she has arranged over 3000 Adoptions of children in extreme harms way and for that we're amazed and appreciative to this incredible brave and wise "Lady of God"!

Yes, BON VOYAGE BARB!

And I want you, who meander down this Rambling Blog, to know how much I appreciate your invaluable prayer, love and support.

DUCK HEAVEN & "CHARLIE" & A WELL PLACED "RESCUER"

We recently incubated 2 ducks to add to our Duck family.

They were raised in our bathtub and it was time to introduce them to our other 4 ducks.

It was also time to add to our Duck Pond with our Duck Coop.

Recently, we had a Great Pyrenees Dog show up on our porch.  We've named him Charlie.

Now, we don't need another dog (we already have 3), but we must find Charlie's owner or a good home for this sweet and magnificent dog.

You know, it's strange to realize that just a few days ago, I was in Haiti bringing CLEAN WATER to the thirsty.

THANK GOD for giving me the privilege to do this.

However, it's time to come home for a while and rest and recharge and simply enjoy life here at the "Retreat Cabin".

And....Julia Walen, Dave Walen's daughter is busy in Louisiana finding isolated locations that need CLEAN WATER after Hurricane Ida.

You may recall that we left several Air Mobile Rescuers with Julia in the event she finds suitable locations for the Rescuers.

Duloc, Louisiana is just such a place.

Julia researched this area and made excellent contacts and yesterday deployed an Air Mobile Rescuer where it is needed.

PRAISE GOD & GREAT JOB JULIA!

Well, it's time to get on with chores around the Retreat Cabin.

As always, THANK YOU for your truly appreciated prayer, love and support!!!

RE-POSITIONING THE LITTLE DONKEY &.....FLYING MISS BARBARA

Hurricanes are still brewing & stewing & growing in the Atlantic / Caribbean.

Hurricane Sam has forecasters scratching their heads and trying to figure out where this "Monster" is going.

Time to move the Little Donkey out of harms way &...FLY MISS BARBARA back to the U.S.

It just so happened that Barbara (AKA "Rambo in the Blue Dress") had been in Haiti bringing help and was ready to return to the U.S.

We've worked closely with Barb for over 30 years.  Always a joy and privilege to fly her.

Took this little vid of the "Road to the PAP Airport".  Traffic in Haiti is crazy. Just getting to the airport is often a tremendous challenge.

We made surprisingly good time to the airport and got the Little Donkey ready for the flight back to the U.S.

We flew back at 10,500' and dodged quite a few storms along the way, including a couple right next to our landing field of Fort Pierce.

After clearing Customs we flew to the Air Mobile FL Base in Titusville and put the Little Donkey safely away.

We're on the road to TN in our Ford Escape.  Barb will spend a few days with us at the Retreat Cabin.

Oh Folks, it's so good to be back in the U.S.  Looking forward to some much needed rest!!

As always, THANK YOU for your precious prayer, love and support!!

HERE COMES "SAM".....

In the Eastern Atlantic there's a "MONSTER" storm brewing.

We're keeping a very close eye on "SAM", the next named Hurricane.  It is growing in intensity as I type.

Here's more on "SAM" - HURRICANE SAM RAPIDLY INTENSIFYING

We're positioning Rescuers to be READY for immediate deployment.

I'll be "Re-Positioning" the Little Donkey to a safe location today.

We're BLESSED to have had excellent deployments on this 'Mission'.

Time to secure things here and prepare to head home.

As always, THANK YOU for your invaluable & precious prayer, love and support!!

ON TO SAN LUIS DU SUD.....

Dear friends (Dr. Steve & Millie Badolato) sent me this article on Mayor Edwin Ceide and I knew we had to go.

Mayor Edwin is an extraordinary man with great gifts to share with the people of San Luis du Sud, which was devastated by the recent earthquake.

Here's the article -The Story of Mayor Edwin Ceide & San Luis du Sud

My plan was to fly to Les Cayes (also devastated by the earthquake) and then drive to San Luis du Sud.

Made contact with Tyler Emmorey of YWAM (Youth With A Mission) in Les Cayes to drive me to San Luis and also be trained on the operation of the Air Mobile Rescuer.

The flight from Port-au-Prince to Cayes is 87 nautical miles but has some wicked mountains along the route.

Landed right on time and was met by Tyler and Michael and Kin-Kin of YWAM.

We hit the road for San Luis and came across this "Pig Delivery Vehicle".

One never knows what one will come across on the "Roads of Haiti".

After the pig encounter, we came across a recently overturned truck.  We squeezed by.

Suffice it to say....the roads in Haiti are DANGEROUS!

We arrived at the Headquarters for San Luis du Sud and met Mayor Ceide.

I explained how generous donors in the U.S. wanted me to present 2 Air Mobile Rescuers for San Luis du Sud!

He graciously and joyously accepted this great gift!!

I trained his team, along with the YWAM Team on the operation of the Rescuer.

I love putting a couple of dirty feet in the source bucket and running the water through the Rescuer and then.....DRINKING IT!

At the point, the Audience is SOLD...The unit really does work!!!

We bid farewell to our new friends and departed San Luis knowing that we have made great friends and together, we can help many!!

Upon arrival at the Les Cayes Airport, I had the privilege to present 2 Air Mobile Rescuers to YWAM and Tyler Emmorey.

I have worked with YWAM all around the world.  They are a great organization.

I know that Tyler & Company will do very well with the Rescuers we donated.  PRAISE GOD!

It was time to fly back to Port-au-Prince.  As usually happens in the afternoon here in Haiti, THUNDERSTORMS BREW & THEY WERE BREWING!

I fired up the Little Donkey and took off for Port-au-Prince and climbed to 9000' before finding a nice hole by zig zagging across those mountains.

So THANKFUL for the Little Donkey giving the means to reach into hard to reach places.  GOD IS GOOD!!

It was a good day, A VERY GOOD DAY!!

Today, I'll be in Joe's Depot working on a couple of Air  Rescuers getting them ready for ACTION!

As always, THANK YOU for your precious prayer, love and support!!

BACK TO JEREMIE.....

Yesterday, Lucien Joseph and I flew the Little Donkey from Port-au-Prince to Jeremie.

It was Lucien's first flight in an airplane.

He really enjoyed the experience.

I've known Lucien for over 20 years and he's a great asset to our ministry.

We were met at the airport by Mayor Yves Rose.

Our plan was to go back over some of the areas we visited on our last mission and see the progress and challenges.

We saw destruction everywhere, but slow, steady progress on cleaning up and people just trying to live their lives.

One the greatest challenges facing the people of Jeremie is the loss of the bridge crossing the Grand Anse River.

Mayor Rose drove us to the bridge and this is what we saw....

Traffic across this severely damaged bridge is limited to motorcycles, wheel barrow and foot traffic.

That bridge could collapse at any moment!

Mayor Rose took us by her orphanage and the kids sang for us.

They are still sleeping under tarps as the orphanage has been severely damaged by the earthquake.

It was also time for a Coffee Break!

Mayor Rose told us of other areas that desperately need clean water.

It was our JOY to present another Air Mobile Rescuer to Mayor Rose for strategic deployment.

We are so THANKFUL to our Lord for introducing us to Mayor Rose!!

Lucien and I headed back to the airport for the 45 minute flight back to Port-au-Prince.

BTW, the drive to Jeremie would take all day.  THANK GOD for the Little Donkey.

AIR MOBILE IN HAITI - CHANNEL 10 KNOXVILLE

Our local Channel 10 in Knoxville did this story on our efforts in Haiti.  Thought I'd share it with you.

Today, we'll flying to another devastated area and bringing CLEAN WATER!! PRAISE GOD!!

DRILLING DEEPER.....

Spent yesterday at our "Haiti Base Camp" researching and planning the best places to go to bring CLEAN WATER to the thirsty.

Because the roads are still very UNSAFE  to travel (Due to gang activity), I will not be telling the locations we plan to travel until....AFTER we've returned.

While planning our outreach yesterday, Channel 8 News in Knoxville did this interview -

"WHEN I SAW IT, IT BROKE MY HEART"....LOCAL MAN RESPONODS TO HAITI MIGRATION CRISIS

During my research, I discovered more of the terrible plight of the THOUSANDS of Haitians who have traveled to this "weak spot" in the U.S. / Mexico Border hoping to make it to America.

THOUSANDS are being flown back to Haiti as I type this blog.  So many have risked EVERYTHING for nothing but danger, heart ache and loss.

Meanwhile, many small organizations, like Air Mobile, are BUSY trying to make their life better here in Haiti, by bringing CLEAN WATER, FOOD, MEDICAL HELP and so much more.

Between PRESIDETIAL ASSASINATIONS, HURRICANES & EARTHQUAKES, HAITI IS GOING THROUGH "HELL"!

One can certainly understand the desire to GET OUT & make a better life elsewhere.

However, many are finding out, at the border, it is not what they thought would happen.

The lack of food, water, medical care and the extreme danger of the journey is horrific!

Here's more on what's happening at the Border - HAITIANS EXPLELLED FROM U.S. / MEXICO BORDER...HORRIFIC CONDITIONS

So, today, we go forth on our Mission to bring help and relief and hope and CLEANWATER to those in need.

As always, THANK YOU for your precious prayer, love and support!!!

DANCING AROUND STORMS....TO HAITI

Loaded up Air Mobile Rescuers and a good supply of provisions and aimed the Little Donkey toward Haiti yesterday morning.

Climbed to 17,500' and worked around a number of large build-ups.

Again, our Lord made a wonderful path in between and around those storms.

Had an excellent flight....even had a smidgen of a tail wind and landed in Haiti right on time.

Our flight, and all of precious cargo, cleared immediately and for that we're THANKFUL!

We're setting up our deployment base and will be going into some of the hard hit regions on the south coast of Haiti following the devastating earthquake.

Up early this morning and having a delicious cup of coffee at my "Haiti Desk".

Reflecting on the 43 years that I've worked in this country..... so many memories.

So much heartbreak and suffering interspersed with spectacular VICTORIES.

That's why we keep coming back.

Well, it's time to get on with this day.  As always, THANK YOU for "rambling" down this road of life with me.

And, THANK YOU for your invaluable prayer, love and support!!!

SAYING FAREWELL...

Yesterday, I had the privilege to conduct the Memorial Service for my dear friend, Ron Cowart.

Ron was dearly loved by many.

The Memorial Service was at Sand Point Park in Titusville, right next door to Kennedy Space Center.

I noted the many ways that Ron blessed us with his "God-Given Genius" and helped us develop the Air Mobile Rescuer water purifier in the early stages.  THANK YOU RON!

Now, we have over 1400 Rescuers throughout the world in more than 47 countries.

PRAISE GOD for us giving us the ability to bring CLEAN WATER to the THIRSTY!!

Today, we're tracking a WX system (95L) developing in the Mid-Atlantic.

This is all the more reason for Air Mobile to be "positioned" to respond rapidly.

We'll be putting the pieces together to GO when needed.

As I say every single day, and truly mean with all of my heart, THANK YOU for your precious prayer, love and support!!

RE-POSITION LITTLE DONKEY....13,500' ON TOP & SAYING GOOD BYE TO A VERY DEAR FRIEND

I met Yahn Gray (our Chief Water Mule) at Lee County Airport early yesterday.

Yahn pulled the Little Donkey out of our TN Hangar in preparation for flight.

We topped her off for the 3+ hour flight to Titusville, FL, our Air Mobile staging airport.

After a good pre-flight, we prayed and I was off to Florida....getting ready for "Our Next Mission".

Climbed to 13,500' and settled to a smooth flight "On Top".

Up ahead, could see there were some straggling thunder storms from Nicholas.

By the time I arrived in Titusville, the field was surrounded by some pretty wicked storms.

Landed just ahead of them.  THANK THE LORD for clearing the way...again!

Another reason for making this flight to Florida at this time, is to say goodbye to a very dear friend, Ron Cowart.

Ron passed away on August 26, 2021 at the age of 48.

Here's more - Ronald Lamar Cowart March 11, 1973 - August 26, 2021 (48 years old)

Ron worked for us at Cartridge Source of America for 12 years.

All I can say is that Ron was amazing!  He had a natural, God-given gift of fixing things...especially computers.

He also was instrumental in helping us solve problems in the early development of the Air Mobile Rescuer.

Ron's sense of humor and extraordinary wisdom will be sorely missed.

To Dawn, Ron's wife and Alex his son, and the rest of Ron's family and all who knew Ron,  we pray for our Lord's peace to surround us all.

Dawn has asked me to conduct the Memorial Service,  being held today at Sand Point Park in Titusville at 1:30 PM.

Sure going to miss you, Ron, but know that we will be with you in heaven.

And to you, who ramble down this road of life with me, THANK YOU for your faithful prayer, love and support!!

It took Nicholas a while to pass my route to Florida.

It's time to RE-POSITION the Little Donkey to Florida in preparation for....."The Next Mission".

NICHOLAS LINGERS.....

Well, if we needed to fly from TN (0VG) to Titusville, FL (KTIX), we'd need to navigate around the lingering effects of Nicholas.

Nicholas has made a "Bad Day" BADDER!

Folks in Louisiana are already saturated from Hurricane Ida and now they're dealing with slow moving rain.

And, we're looking to re-position the Little Donkey down to Florida to be ready for our "Next Mission".

Guess we'll just have to see what the day holds before firing up the engines on the Little Donkey and flying south.

Have plenty of work to do here at the Retreat Cabin in the meantime.

As always, THANK YOU for your invaluable prayer, love and support!!

NICHOLAS BRINGING A LOT OF RAIN....FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS

We're tracking Tropical Storm Nicholas and the danger of major and very dangerous flooding is happening in both Texas and Louisiana.

Here's more on this threat....NICHOLAS MAJOR RAINFALL THREAT - FLOODING COULD OVERWHELM CITIES

We're THANKFUL to have left several Air Mobile Rescuers in Baton Rouge with Julia Walen (a great water mule) for just such an event.  We may be deploying those units into the flood zones.

WE PRAY for those in the path of Nicholas!

Meanwhile, back in Tennessee, Cindy and I had some business to tend to in Bristol, TN.

While there, we found a lovely park in Bristol, Steele Creek Park.  It was just beautiful.

We were graced by Geese going on wing.  Oh, what lovely flight!!

I love the times between "Missions".  The rest and time with my Cindy is sweet.

We're PREPARING for what might lie ahead building more Air Mobile Rescuers.

Yesterday, I had the privilege to share with our church, Little Mulberry Baptist, what Air Mobile has been up to in Louisiana and Haiti.

We sure appreciate the prayer and love given to us by this sweet Church.

In the meantime, Cindy and I will taking a little ride today to Bristol, TN and checking out this lovely, historical city in East Tennessee.  Should be a fun day.

REMEMBER......

I, like many, recall exactly where I was when the news of the terrible 9-11 ATTACKS took place.  I will never forget!

Looking back over these last 20 years, since that dreadful morning, there have been so many changes.  Some suddenly and some gradually.

My heart still breaks for those who lost so many in a matter of moments and hours.

There is no question, America is at WAR with Terrorism.

I will not even deal with Afghanistan at this time.

Now, what does all of this mean to Cindy and I?  Our Lord Jesus promised to RETURN to this earth.  We PRAY HE will return soon!!

In the meantime, we will OCCUPY until HE COMES!

We will continue to serve HIM and help those who need help.

So, on this 20th Anniversary of the 9-11 attacks, we stand-by, READY for our "Next Mission".

As I say every single day and mean with all of my heart, THANK YOU for your faithful prayer, love and support!!

Well, today, Yahn and I will be grinding & setting some valves and checking the head gasket on two of them.

Just part of the "chores" here at the "Retreat Cabin".

COMING HOME....DODGING STORMS

It was time to leave my home state of Louisiana and my dear friends, Dan and Charlene Andrews.

This couple was AMAZING, in providing me with a comfortable "base" and transportation to and from the Disaster caused by Hurricane Ida.

Having left several Air Mobile Rescuers behind for future deployments, and one unit in the hands of Clarence, it was time to head home and refresh and recharge!

I departed Northshore Airport (Hamond, LA) and climbed to 13,500'.

All along the way, and just south of my route were towering thunderstorms.  Again, our Lord made a way through to home.

Oh, it's so good being home with Cindy and Ari.  Just love our little "Retreat Cabin".

Shortly after landing, major storms came.  This morning, I awoke to near 0/0 visibility.  I got home....just in time.  Our Lord is GOOD!!

So, here at the "Retreat Cabin", I'll be resting and taking care of a lot paperwork and business.  so GLAD TO BE HOME!!

As always, THANK YOU for your precious prayer, love and support!!

SEEKING......

Yesterday, Dan Andrews and I drove literally hundreds of miles seeking isolated and "cut-off" communities.

Power lines are down everywhere, some in treacherous positions.

We drove down "River Road" right next to the Mississippi River levee from LaPlace to New Orleans.

In nearly every location, we found roads open and access to CLEAN WATER available.

We had successfully placed an Air Mobile Rescuer with Clarence Narcise and we're confident that Clarence will distribute water into his community.

Dan and I returned to LaPlace and spoke with Harold DeGruy of First Baptist Church of LaPlace and came to the same conclusion.

Our Plan is to leave 2 Air Mobile Rescuers in Baton Rouge, along with the unit in the care of Clarence Narcise.

Today, I'll be loading up the balance of Air Mobile Rescuers in the Little Donkey and flying back to the "Retreat Cabin" in Tennessee.

Those Rescuers will be deployed in Haiti soon!!

TEST....TEST.....TEST

Dan and I spent yesterday morning opening up each Air Mobile Rescuer and testing all of the power cables.

Only found 1 with a glitch and it was easily repaired.  PRAISE GOD!

We then returned to LaPlace, one of the hardest hit areas and continued our TRAINING with Clarence Narcise.

Clarence is becoming a quality "Water Mule".

Remember, Clarence is a U.S. Marine and loves the Lord Jesus!!

BTW, it's very encouraging to see Bucket Trucks from all over the country converging on this area and working together to bring back the electricity!!

Today, we'll return to the area and meet with local churches to help us identify the areas of greatest need.

We're so THANKFUL to be able to plunge into these areas and bring CLEAN WATER!!

As I say every single day and mean with all of my heart....THANK YOU for your precious prayer, love and support!!!

AN OLD MARINE....& FIXING A GLITCH

Dan & I made the drive from Baton Rouge to LaPlace.  Notice the "big gator".

In LaPlace, we found Clyde of the LA Cajun Navy hard at work.

I had asked Clyde if he could help us find some empty water jugs.  Man, did he come through!

Now, with a place to put the CLEAN WATER, we could begin deployments.

The roads are still treacherous, as demonstrated by this leaning power line....so close.

We returned to see Clarence Narcise, a former, but always..U.S. Marine.

I asked Clarence if he'd like head up the CLEAN WATER distribution in his community.  He gladly accepted the job.

I trained Clarence on the set up and operation of the Rescuer.

During the training, we found a glitch in one of our power cables.  More on that later.

It was  joy to present Clarence with an Air Mobile Rescuer.

When the water crisis passes, Clarence will call Dan who will come and get the unit.  We're confident that Clarence will do a great job!!

We then returned to Baton Rouge to open up all of the Rescuers and test those power cables for glitches.

The MISSION continues!!!

As always, THANK YOU for your invaluable prayer, love and support!!!

SEEKING THE LEAST.....

My long-time friend (since High School) Dan and I hit the road for Metairie, LA to meet with Todd Taylor, Manager of Disaster Relief for Samaritan's Purse.

We discussed the best place for us to deploy the Air Mobile Rescuer water purifiers.

The conclusion is to find the isolated, hard to reach areas and bring the ability to make dirty water clean.  Todd shared some good ideas.

Next, we were off the meet with the Louisiana Cajun Navy's "Admiral", Clyde Cain.

We've worked with Clyde before and know that he has incredible contacts and resources.  We were not disappointed.

Clyde picked up his phone and called General Honere.  The General knows DISASTER RELIEF!

Clyde also lined us up with the Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Agents.

We followed them into an isolated community right next to the Mississippi River.

These Agents were GREAT!  They led us to several communities that need CLEAN WATER!

It was a joy watching them distribute food and supplies.

What we need now are water vessels to put the CLEAN WATER into.

Dan and I headed back to Baton Rouge.  Had to work around some high water and downed power lines.

So, today, we're heading back to LaPlace, LA to bring the ability to make CLEAN WATER out of DIRTY WATER!  PRAISE GOD!!

As always, THANK YOU for your precious prayer, love and support!!!

AIR MOBILE IN LOUISIANA....

Had an excellent flight from our FL base in Titusville, FL to Hammond, Louisiana.

Climbed to 14,500' and found a little tail wind.  Love those!!

Landed in Hammond, LA and met Local Business Man, Pete Davies and Jay Johnson, Director of Prayer for the "Research Counsel".

These Gentlemen lined up a critical meeting with Samaritan's Purse.

Set up our Louisiana Operation with my long-time friend, Dan Andrews.

This morning, Dan and I will be driving to Metarie, LA to meet with Samaritan's Purse Disaster Relief.

We'll also be traveling to LaPlace, LA to meet with the Louisiana Cajun Navy.

The MISSION moves forward.  We stand READY to GO where HE wants us to GO!

As always, THANK YOU for your invaluable prayer, love and support!!

AIR MOBILE IN FLORIDA....LOUISIANA NEXT

Had a successful drive to FL, no delays or complications.  THANK the LORD!

Passed this "strange vessel" along the way.  Never know what you'll find on I-95.

This morning, will be loading the Little Donkey with Air Mobile Rescuers and flying to Louisiana.

Our goal is bring CLEAN WATER into isolated and hard to reach communities.

We PRAY for all who have been devastated by Hurricane Ida.

May our Lord lead us each step of the way.

Time to head to the airport and load the Little Donkey.

As always, THANK YOU for your invaluable prayer, love and support!!!

ON THE ROAD....TO LOUISIANA VIA FLORIDA

Bid Cindy and Ari goodbye and hit the road for Florida on my way to Louisiana with 10 Air Mobile Rescuers on-board my Ford Escape.

The plan is load the Rescuers up into the Little Donkey which is in Florida and fly to Louisiana.

Could see evidence of what once was Hurricane Ida as it plows into the Northeast.

Ida is still wreaking havoc with major flooding.

The news from Louisiana is not good.  Lack of power, water & fuel is hindering relief / recovery efforts.

Here's more - IDA WREAKS DEVASTATION

I stopped at the halfway point and found a comfortable bed at a Hampton Inn somewhere in South Carolina.

Folks, just being in a clean room with electricity, with the ability to go to Walmart or anywhere else and no fuel line is a blessing.

Knowing that folks in Louisiana have none of these just breaks my heart.  Over 1 million without power and 600,000 without clean water!

I must keep pressing on to get to Louisiana.  Packing up and about to hit the road again.

As always, thank you for your precious prayer, love and support!!

10 AIR MOBILE RESCUERS TO LOUISIANA!

We have been working "around the clock" to prepare 10 Air Mobile Rescuers for rapid deployment in Louisiana.

These units were originally built for Haiti, but....with the urgency and destruction from Hurricane Ida, they'll be going first to Louisiana.

Here's more - IDA'S SWELTERING AFTERMATH: NO POWER, NO WATER, NO GASOLINE!

Meanwhile, Yahn, our Chief Water Mule, is busy building more Rescuers for Haiti.

Yesterday, Yahn delivered  Air Mobile Rescuers to our Retreat Cabin.

At any rate, we feel that time is of the essence and we must GO to Louisiana to see how we can help those who are isolated and need clean water.

As soon as we finish our "Mission" to Louisiana, we'll be going right back to Haiti with more Air Mobile Rescuers!

THANK YOU, especially for your prayers for my healing.  I am definitely feeling better and am relieved for the "NEGATIVE" Covid-19 test results.  This is surely an answer to PRAYER!

Can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate your invaluable prayer, love and support!!!
