A "GLITCH" IN MEXICO
Just before launching our "Next Mission", received a call from FOX-35 Orlando News. They wanted my thoughts on the recent, "Miraculous" Rescue of Stuart Bee!
Here's that Interview -
After the Weather cleared a bit and that wicked "Cold Front" passed, we headed to the airport.
BTW, we were joined on this mission with Ted Honcharik. Ted has a REMARKABLE organization that gives FREE FUEL following major disasters.
We met Ted in Lake Charles after their Hurricanes. It's a JOY having Ted with us on this mission.
We flew just beside that "Cold Front" and fought pretty strong headwinds (30+ Knots!).
Here's a look at the flight deck.
Upon landing in Cancun, I discovered that one of the Documents required by the Mexican Authorities had expired.
We were STUCK until a Duplicate Document could be provided.
I recalled a good friend in the FAA Office in Orlando, Hugo. Made a call and he went to bat and helped us to secure the needed document. BRAVO HUGO!!
So, this morning, we'll be continuing our "Mission" to Central America where 2 DEVESTATING HURRIANCES have caused untold suffering.
We have 6 Air Mobile Rescuers on-board and none of them have been funded. We're stepping out by faith for full funding to come through. PLEASE JOIN US IN PRAYER!

WAITING FOR A FRONT.....TO PASS
A very powerful Cold Front meandered across the Southeast to the Northeast.
No need to fight the battle. Just settled in and enjoyed the rest.
It's very chilly, even here in Florida.
A local boater, Stuart Bee's 32' boat capsized and he was lost for 3 days. A cargo ship spotted him and he was rescued.

Well, it's time to head to the airport to check on our Little Donkey!

A NICE RIDE.....TO FLORIDA
Made the 11+ hour trip from TN to FL without incident.
Had a lovely sunrise as I passed Ashville. Look what our Lord gives us every morning and evening. Again, we just need to look up to see the Glory of God.
Our good friend and great Doctor, Steve Badolato, had arranged for our team to get a COVID-19 TEST before we launch any "Mission". THANK YOU DR. STEVE!!
We pulled up, right on schedule and got the "Nose Swab", which is weirdly uncomfortable. But, in about 30 minutes, in came the results....NEGATIVE (that's a good thing).
Now, the next step will be finalizing our destination. We have a couple of places in our site but have not finalized our routing.
We're also keeping a close eye on the weather. There are a couple of fronts moving our way.
So, on this beautiful morning in Florida, we prepare for our "Next Mission".

FLORIDA BOUND.....THEN?
It's time to go check on another Little Donkey down in Florida.
Up early to launch the 12 hour drive in our Ford Escape.
Have arranged for our Florida Doc, Steve Badolato, to give us a COVID-19 Test as soon as we arrive. We PRAY we're "negative".
We've got another "Mission" brewing and will soon depart to bring CLEAN WATER to the thirsty.

HELP TO HONDURAS / NICARAGUA!
Up early this morning doing research on the conditions in Honduras / Nicaragua.
Earlier, been in contact with MISSIONARY AIR GROUP (MAG) who operates a hospital and air ministry on the Honduras / Nicaragua border.
Sean Donnely, Founder and President of MAG has been an invaluable resource of information.
Air Mobile is donating an Air Mobile Rescuer water purifier to be deployed by MAG missionaries who are heading to Honduras in the next couple of weeks.
MAG will be sending their newly restored C-206 back to Honduras in the near future.
Air Mobile may be flying the Little Donkey there in the near future also.
THANK GOD we can lend a hand to those who are suffering!!!

THANKSGIVING JOY.....
Up early, getting that 20 lb turkey into the oven.
Then, Cindy and I had a roaring game of "rummy" on the deck. It was a bit chilly.
While that bird was cooking, we did chores, including taking the duck poop to our compost pile.
Rhythm, 14 did his first solo on a powered cycle (our 50 cc scooter).
Had a little break-down with the Honda 90 Trail (silicone rectifier), so our faithful lawn tractor named "Mighty Mouse" came to the rescue and towed the fallen Honda back to the shop.
Then....out came the beautiful turkey.
The temp was a perfect 66 degrees and we had our feast on the "Deck" of the Retreat Cabin.
OH PRAISE GOD FOR HIS GOODNESS! SO MUCH FOR WHICH TO BE THANKFUL!!
Full and happy, the sunset and we celebrated an AMAZING THANKSGIVING!
Christian and family will be on the road back to Florida today.
Such a pure joy having them with us.

So glad, Christian, my son and Ann Marie and their 3 beautiful children came to spend THANKGIVING with us! What a blessing!!

As the news comes in on the ELECTION RESULTS, there are huge "swings" in the reporting.
Truth is....we may never know what actually happened.
It's good to know that HE KNOWS exactly what took place and.... OUR LORD DISPISES DISHONEST SCALES.
I'm reminded of another SCRIPTURE, MATTHEW 7:7, one of my all-time favorite verses.
ASK & YOU SHALL RECEIVE
SEEK & YOU SHALL FIND
KNOCK & THE DOOR SHALL BE OPENED
May this verse happen with this ELECTION!
Today, we're expecting our son, Christian and his lovely family. The "Retreat Cabin" affords a lot of fresh air and open areas to play. We're excited to have them visit with us for a few days.
Time to head out to the fields and prepare for future crops.

THANK GOD FOR WALMART &....REMEMBERING JFK
Been thinking of all the things for which to be THANKFUL. I'm overwhelmed at God's goodness to us!
Yesterday, Cindy and I made the pleasant ride to our closest Walmart (29 miles).
My mind wandered to places like Haiti and South Sudan and so many other places that are racked with corruption and suffering and deplorable conditions.
Well, we got everything on our list, and a whole lot more.
There were NO SHORTAGES of anything, even TOILET PAPER!
This simple example of the abundance and grace within America is so worth mentioning and embracing on this THANKSGIVING WEEK!
We have so much, for which to be THANKFUL!!
Now, our nation stands at a critical crossroad. Accusations of rampant and wide-spread CORRUPTION & VOTER FRAUD must be addressed and heard.
Now, as never before, let us PRAY FOR AMERICA & IT'S LEADERS.
May TRUTH & INTEGRITY SHINE BRIGHTLY.... ON THIS CITY ON A HILL.
I remember that day so clearly, as do some of you. It was a sad day for our nation. May we not forget.
So, on this chilly Sunday morning, as we join Worship with many across this great nation and around the world, may we do so with a THANKFUL HEART.

GIVING THANKS....
I find that so doing, takes some of the sting out of the confusion and chaos that is gripping our nation following the 202o Election.
It is far from over, as serious allegations of VOTER FRAUD are coming forth. IF that is the case, and there certainly seems to be evidence of it, may we seek and find the TRUTH!!
I must admit, the idea that someone has voted illegally or not followed proper protocol, puts MY VOTE into jeopardy.
Frankly, that makes me mad and I want each and every vote that is cast to be legal and accurately counted.
So, this morning, Cindy and I ask our Lord to SHINE HIS LIGHT ON THE TRUTH!
So, I go back to GIVING THANKS & TRUSTING GOD!

The 2020 Election is under deep scrutiny as it should be.
Our PRAYER is for the TRUTH to come out and the light of God's Justice to shine brightly!

Meanwhile, back at the Retreat Cabin, we have put into play a wonderful plan to keep the COYOTES at bay!
BTW, LOVE THIS SHOT....looks like the Lord is BLESSING our little donkeys.
These 2 donkeys are also RESCUED. Here they are just after arrival.
Oh, this is going to be fun. We're going to truly enjoy these sweet and extremely intelligent and brave little creatures.

It's exceptionally good news when your Doctor tells you that you're right on schedule and doing very well.
For now, we'll continue "Surveillance" and keep a close eye for any cancer movement or growth.

Meanwhile, been in touch with a number of groups working in Honduras / Nicaragua. We're gathering invaluable information regarding the conditions "on the ground".
Also, Aviation fuel (AVGAS) is quite difficult to find. For now, we're gathering information and planning our next moves.
And here, at the "Retreat Cabin", we've got the old wood stove fired up and keeping us warm. It's in the mid -20's and quite chilly. Winter is knocking on the door.
Time to head out and make sure we don't have any broken water lines and that our 'critters', the horses and ducks are well cared for.

3 MONTH CHECKUP....
This morning, heading to Knoxville for my 3 month checkup. I'm armed with a GOOD REPORT and a low PSA (Test that helps track cancer).
Cindy and I are BELIEVING GOD for complete healing and so far, the numbers look great! PRAISE GOD!!
Meanwhile, we're continuing to follow the DEVASATING TRAIL LEFT BY HURRICANE IOTA!
We've been able to make good contacts on the ground and are looking into the possibility of making RELIEF flights bringing in CLEAN WATER!!
PLEASE continue to PRAY that we are led and directed by our Lord Jesus.
Time to head to Knoxville for my Doctor's appointment.

Last night, loved watching the Falcon 9 and the Dragon soar into space....on my computer.
America is DEFINITELY BACK IN THE SPACE TRANSPORT BUSINESS!!

COLD & WINDY & STORMY DAY
Back at the "Retreat Cabin", we're hunkering down for cold & windy & stormy day.
As for me and my house, we're just moving ahead storing up food, planning crops and getting ready for what lies ahead.
Cindy and I are listening to MORE of God's Word and seeking His direction for the days ahead.
So, on this cold and windy and Stormy day, we're getting ready for our "Virtual Church" with Pastor Gary Ginn down in Florida. THANKFUL that we can get Church via the Internet.
About to make a run to Tractor Supply this morning before Church. Love the 45 mile drive on these beautiful mountain roads. Nice to get out of the cabin for a bit.

FROM THE DONKEY FARM TO THE RETREAT CABIN
Crystal Presley, our Hostess, gave us some very good insight about Donkeys, especially when they help protect against marauding Coyotes.
Cindy and I love Donkeys as we had one many years ago.
Had a pleasant ride back to the Retreat Cabin and back to work taking care of our horses, dogs and ducks.
It's good to be home!

A LOVELY RIDE ON THE VIRGINIA "CREEPER TRAIL"
The ride along the 17 mile trail (all down hill) from White Top to Damascus was absolutely spectacular.
When Cindy and I were deciding what to do for our 26th Wedding Anniversary, the "Creeper Trail" won the pick.
We rode this trail two years ago and had very fond memories of it.
The river that runs beside much of the trail was just "Raging" due to Hurricane Eta. It just added to the spectacular ride.
The day was cool and overcast with a very light drizzle and the ride just took our breath away with it's beauty and delicious, clean air. Nice way to spend the day.
I must say, I love this girl more and more everyday. Our Lord Jesus gave me an AMAZING LADY OF GOD!!
And....to top this glorious day off, after the wonderful ride, we stayed at the Historic Abingdon Donkey Lodge.
This lovely place is a converted Civil War Hospital. It has been beautifully converted to an Air BnB.
We're up early this morning and heading back to the "Retreat Cabin".

26 YEARS AGO TODAY....
During these past 26 years, we've been around the world bringing help and hope to thousands.
I'm so THANKFUL that our Lord brought this amazing "Lady of God" into my life.
One of the biggest challenges I have is trying to keep up with Cindy in her love and devotion to our Lord.
She is, without a doubt, the hardest working, most dedicated follower of Jesus I have ever met!
I LOVE YOU CINDY!!!
We're going on a bit of an Adventure today. Will tell you more about it tomorrow.

Another day passes since the November 3, 2020 Election. Claims of Voter Fraud are coming forward. The race is EXTREMELY CLOSE and many accusations are flying.
We patiently PRAY, TRUST (GOD), WAIT!!
Cindy and I are planning and preparing our next crops & preparing the soil to yield a wonderful harvest.

IN THE MEANTIME....
It's a good feeling to be able to grow our own food and be less dependent upon "Store-Bought" food. Love it!!
The concept of the "Lasagne Garden" is brilliant. We're using all of our resources on the land and it's working very well. Here's how it works.....
Our last harvest was absolutely amazing. We'll be eating out of the "canned" goods this winter.
Our plan is to expand the Victory Garden.
So, on this beautiful day, in the midst of all of the "Political Turmoil", we're planning our next crops. God is Good....ALL THE TIME!

PLUM DELICIOUS....
The other day, our dear friends Richard & Teresa Suarez gave us a box of the most beautiful plums.
That box turned into 19 pints of the most delicious Plum Jam.
Without a doubt, my Cindy is a Proverbs 31 "Lady of God"!
Meanwhile, we're waiting for the FINAL RESULTS of the ELECTION.
Things are certainly pointing toward Joe Biden, but....It's not over, until it's over.
We continue to PRAY for God's Will To Be Done!!
As we sit here in the Mountains of East Tennessee, another "Named Storm", ETA , the 12th of this very active Hurricane Season, is lashing Florida and may meander in the Gulf for days.
Air Mobile is READY to help if needed. We have Rescuers built and ready for immediate deployment.

DRILLING DEEPER....
As a direct result of the 2020 Election "fiasco", I am going deeper and deeper into the Word of God.
There are so many voices yelling and proclaiming, it's difficult to discern what is TRUTH & what is FAKE.
So, my conclusion is....FAITH COMES BY HEARING AND HEARING BY THE WORD OF GOD!
Cindy and I PRAY for America and for a fair and just conclusion to the Election.
In the meantime, we're preparing our garden for our next planting and getting ready for winter. So THANKFUL for the "Retreat Cabin".
Also THANKFUL to our "contributors" to our fertilizer...the ducks and the horses!
On this beautiful Sunday morning, we're resting in the Lord and receiving His PEACE THAT PASSETH ALL UNDERSTANDING!

The Nation waits for the FINAL ELECTION RESULTS to be reached. Many Court Battles are taking place.
We don't know (and may never know) the true extent of the FRAUD that has taken place.
I believe it is best to do a thorough check on the validity of each ballot.
Yes, this will take time, and again, we PRAY FOR HONESTY, INTEGRITY & ACCURACY!!
We will serve the Lord with all of our heart with whomever sits in the White House.

LIFE GOES ON.....
Cindy and I, like most of the nation, are awaiting the final results of the 2020 Election.
While reflecting on this awesome sunset, we realized that whether we're living under the Trump Administration, or the Biden Administration, JESUS IS LORD!
We will still serve our Lord and PRAY for our Leaders, because that is what the Word of God tells us to do.

UP ALL NIGHT &.....STILL DON'T KNOW - PRAY!!!!
I, like many, was up all night. Oh, I drifted in and out of sleep, but followed the ELECTION RESULTS very closely.
Was disappointed that we may not know who is going to be our President until later today or...beyond.
May every single vote & ballot be properly counted and that the results will be accurate! May any FRAUD be exposed!
I know that you PRAY, because so many of you have stood so faithfully with us. THANK YOU for your prayer, love and support!!!

BRRRRR!
It's a very chilly, 28 degrees (!), this morning here in the mountains of East Tennessee.
We've worked & ministered very closely with the Menendez Family at the hospital in Orlando for over 10 years.
So good having them with us for a few days. Alfred, who is a true Rocket Scientist for NASA, remained in Florida working. We sure love the Menendez family!!
This is the first frost of the season. Glad to have plenty of firewood and a warm snug cabin.
Tomorrow is ELECTION DAY and we'll be casting our vote as Tennessee Residents. WE PRAY for our Lord's will to be done. GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!
