THE ADVENTURE CONTINUES....JANUARY 2016

2-3-16 Wednesday 6:54AM (U.S. Eastern Time) - Cocoa, FL - Air Mobile Home Base - Report submitted by:  Air Mobile Joe

LET US REMEMBER.....4 BRAVE CHAPLAINS & PLEASE PRAY FOR CINDY

First of all, I'd like to ask you to PRAY for my Cindy.  On Sunday morning, while going into our home church, one of our dear friends, Dawn, was quite sick.  Cindy went and prayed with her and her husband brought her to the hospital.

Cindy followed up on her throughout the day and we all prayed that Dawn would get better and she did.  However....yesterday, Cindy succumbed to the same illness and last night was a tough night.  I almost took Cindy to the ER, but prayer prevailed.  Today, Cindy is quite weak, but slowly recovering.  PLEASE PRAY for my Cindy.

Now, I'd like to share  a story that I read this morning, that brought tears to my eyes.  It has been long forgotten, but should not be.  So, today,  I share it with you and..... encourage you to "pass it on" -   THE LITTLE REMEMBERED TALE OF 4 BRAVE CHAPLAINS!

Today, so many are willing to "KILL" for their god, but our Lord would have us to "lay down our lives for one another".  May we all remember the "4 Brave Chaplains"!

BTW, after Cindy ministered with Dawn at our home Church on Sunday morning, our team went to the Orlando Hospital and we had 3 more services with patients who could easily be forgotten in a "lock-down" facility.

Let me be very clear.  I am not sharing what we do at the Hospital to boast, but to share how our Lord has put it on our hearts to do this.  It is our joy and privilege to share the LOVE OF GOD!

As you go through this day, look for ways to reach out and help those less fortunate.  You may even save a life today.  Our Lord will lead you where He wants you to go.  I pray that prayer for myself, as I need Him every day.  Left on our own...we're a mess!  Today, be blessed and be a blessing to someone who needs it.

As always, THANK YOU for your precious prayer, love and support!!

TED CRUZ WINS IOWA!

In a bit of an "Upset" (particularly to Donald), Ted Cruz pulled off a victory in Iowa.  His first words...."To God be the Glory".  Here's more - CRUZ: TO GOD BE THE GLORY!

This is the "First Stop" of our political process to select candidates for President.  On the Democratic side, it was a "Razor Thin" victory for Hillary Clinton over Bernie Sanders.

Next stop:  New Hampshire.  As for me and my house, we're PRAYING for our Lord to lead our country in these turbulent times.

We had a remarkable day yesterday regarding critical supplies for Haiti.  Vickie of  Alternative Pregnancy Center (APC) came through with a nice load of baby food / formula and baby goodies for Haiti.

We then rushed to another very nice lunch at Dixie Crossroads. We met with Mark (the son of Joe who introduced me to Jesus many years ago) and Doug Maners, Missions Director for a great church who wants to send teams to Haiti.

We laid out future plans to bring Bible School students to Haiti for some "Actual" mission experiences and training.

Then, on this "whirlwind" day, we rushed down to Melbourne to meet Vickie in a Walmart parking lot.  She had more supplies for the babies in Haiti.

Again, I never cease to marvel at how our Lord puts it on peoples hearts to help the helpless.  God is GOOD!

As the day wrapped up, I found myself at Ron's home.  Ron worked for CSA (Cartridge Source of America) for 12 years and is one of the smartest "Computer Geeks" I know.  Ron, truly has a gift.

Recently, my Computer did an unsolicited  "UPDATE" that totally messed up my mind....and computer!  For the last month, I've been doing "work-arounds" to get the blog out.  Ron went through the system and found a number of "bugs" and then found a way to "reverse" the infamous "UPDATE".

Yea, I got my computer back "the way it was".  Oh, it's so good having a great computer geek at hand.  THANKS again, Ron!!

We heard from Dr. Steve yesterday evening and Barb should be getting the test results back today.  During this time that she has been in the U.S. with us, she has met with so many folks whom she has helped with "rescue adoptions".  It's exciting to see how our Lord has used this great lady of God!

Meanwhile, the situation in Haiti continues to deteriorate.  The OAS (Organization of American States) has traveled to Haiti to attempt to help steer Haiti out of this mess.  Some are saying that the OAS is "not welcome".

This coming Sunday, President Martelly will step down and an interim government has yet to be formed.  This is a sad situation and Haiti needs Wisdom to steer through this.

Please PRAY for our Lord to grant His wisdom and peace in this matter.  Here's more - HAITI OPPOSITION ALLIANCE DECLINING TO MEET WITH OAS

It's a very foggy morning and the visibility is almost "Zero".  We'll soon be heading out into this day that our Lord has made.  What adventure lies ahead?  Only He knows.  May His will be done!  As always, THANK YOU for your faithful prayer, love and support!!

4 SERVICES & DINNER WITH A COUPLE OF DOCS

Yesterday was a long day!  We attended our home Church, Redeemer, and Joe Armfield, a great Wycliffe Missionary shared on his recent mission to Papau New Guinea (PNG).

Then, it was off to the Hospital in Orlando, where our Air Mobile Team delivered the Word to 3 separate groups, the Adolescents, the Acute Care Patients and the Adults.  It is such a blessing to bring the Good News to those who are having a difficult time in their lives.

We then headed to the home of Dr. Aaron.  There, we met another Doctor who has an interest in helping the Haitian refugees who have been brutally ejected from neighboring Dominican Republic (DR).

The plight of these refugees is grim as they languish in the "make-shift" refugee camp right outside of Anse-A-Pitre on the southern border of Haiti and the DR.

Here's an interview that I conducted with a Haitian Refugee living in a "Cardboard" house. Note:  The interview is interspersed with English and Creole.

Cholera had recently raised it's ugly head there, and for now....is somewhat under control. YOUTUBE - JOE HURSTON IN ANSE-A-PITRE

This interview was conducted several weeks ago.  Our "intrepid Barbara was doing the filming.  At the very end, she was walking backwards and the ground had a slight dip and she fell.

She got right up and finished the interview.  That's our Barbara.  That's also part of the reason that she lost strength in her extremities.  She is recovering and doing much better.  THANKS again for your prayers for Barb!

Back to our lovely and delicious dinner, yesterday evening, at Dr. Aaron's.  During our fellowship time, we discussed the logistics of getting a medical team to minister with those who are suffering in this "make-shift" camp.  Please PRAY that our Lord leads us in this endeavor.

Today, we'll be gathering vital supplies for our next "Mission".  We hear that Alternative Pregnancy Center (APC) has baby food and formula.  We'll be there this morning.

Barbara will also be getting the results from the battery of tests that she has had recently.  It's been such a blessing having Barb with us!

So, it's that time.  Need to head out and see what our Lord has for us today.  As always, THANK YOU for your precious and vital prayer, love and support!!

WHY TURBO?

The Little Donkey is Turbocharged and I'm glad.  Turbo gives the pilot "options".  Specifically, having the ability to fly higher allows the pilot to go find favorable tailwinds and get a precious "scoot" along the way.  One can also fly "above" the weather.  Yes, I like turbo!

Yesterday, Peter and I took the Little Donkey up for a Test Flight.  Peter is enrolled at F.I.T. (Florida Institute of Technology) and studying Airport Management. It was a great opportunity to give Peter an actual lesson in high altitude flying in a little airplane.

We recently overhauled the turbo for the rear engine.  Paul and I had already done a number of ground checks and now, it was time to take the Little Donkey up and see how that turbo does at higher altitudes.

Peter and I strapped on our Oxygen and let the Little Donkey climb.  The turbo performed beautifully.  As a matter of fact, it did better than I've ever experienced in the last 6 years!

As we passed through 10,000' the winds really began to pick up.  At one point, we were scooting along at 219 knots (252mph!).  This is an excellent example of the benefits of turbo!

After reaching 17,500', our final test altitude, I did several tests that indicated that we had an excellent turbo system in operation.  Again, I'm so THANKFUL for a very good mechanic (Paul), who's keeping a close eye on the Little Donkey!

After descending through 10,000', Peter and were able to take our O2 off and just catch up on his studies at F.I.T., while we were just "tooling" around on this test flight right over Kennedy Space Center (a nice place to visit).

He informed me that he will have the option to study Air Traffic Control, in addition to his other studies.  Wow, that would be very cool.  Again, we're all THANKFUL to F.I.T. for giving Peter a "full-ride" Scholarship!!

We came in and had a smooth landing.  The Little Donkey passed the test flight with flying colors!  So glad to have this precious time with Peter!

So, it's early Sunday morning.  We're getting ready for Church and then we'll head to the Orlando Hospital where we'll be able to bring the GOOD NEWS of JESUS to those who are "shut-in".  We'll conduct 3 separate services there.  PRAISE GOD for the freedom to share the Gospel!

As I say every day and mean with all of my heart, THANK YOU for your precious prayer, love and support!!

A PARTY AT DIXIE CROSSROADS

Our good friend, Doug Rodante wanted to see Barbara while she was in the U.S.  BTW, she's doing great and regaining her strength.  THANKS for praying for Barb.

We met at the "Famous" Dixie Crossroads Seafood Restaurant in Titusville.  Oh, the food was great & the fellowship was greater.  We laughed and remembered so many stories.  Doug is sitting next to Barb in this shot.

I first met Doug while making Strategic flights for NASA that were directly related to Space Shuttle Flights.

I needed a good airplane for the mission and Doug had just what we needed.  Thus, our friendship was born.

Since then, Doug has been all over the world with Air Mobile.  He's participated in many missions to Haiti following terrible disasters and that's where he met Barb.  Yes, we had a great time yesterday!

The weather is finally clearing up and today, if all goes well, I'll conduct a high-altitude test flight with the Little Donkey.

Was reading in Proverbs 30 today and this Scripture stood out...."Who has ascended into heaven, or descended?  Who has gathered the 'Wind' in his fists?"

I thought this was a very cool shot - VIBRANT 'HAND OF GOD' CLOUD FORMATION APPEARS IN PORTUGAL SKIES

JUST A COG IN THE WHEEL....

My phone rang yesterday.  It was John Stevenson.  It was so good hearing from John, as he had moved out of our area several years ago, and it's been a while since we've heard from him.

I instantly invited him to come and see us.  For you see, John was vital in helping us to secure life-saving surgery for our little Ariana 7 years ago.  I wanted John to see Ariana and what his help has meant to us all.

John quickly reminded me that he was just a "Cog in the Wheel".  Well, we know just what an important "Cog" he was, and for that, we're ever so THANKFUL to the Lord for John.

Well, several hours later, John showed up and was able to see just what a beautiful and loving child our Ariana has become.

John also had the honor of meeting Barbara "in person".  Of course, it was Barbara who found Ariana and brought her desperate situation to our attention and....kept Ariana alive until we could get her that life-saving surgery.

Yes, there were many people involved in the "Rescue" of our precious Ariana.  It was a wonderful day of remembrance and thanksgiving.  I never cease to marvel at how...."Our Lord deploys His troops"!!

Today, we'll be meeting another dear friend and "Water Mule", Doug Rodante.  Doug has flown all over the world with Air Mobile and helped us to bring clean water to desperate folks following some of the worst disasters in modern history.

Doug wanted to see Barbara while she is in town.  We'll also be having lunch at the world famous "Dixie Crossroads" (great seafood).

Going to be a good day.  As always, THANK YOU for rambling down this road with us and for your vital prayer, love and support!!

A MISSION "CAPTURED".... ON YOUTUBE

Chuck Reich, Founder and President of "Revelations TV" and I have been speaking for years about his joining me on a flight to Haiti.

Chuck and Annette are extremely gifted in helping ministries around the world to "tell their story".

Recently, it happened.  He and his wife, Annette were going to Haiti and I just happened to have a couple of empty seats in the Little Donkey.

I flew down to South Florida to pick them up and we squeezed into the Little Donkey and headed to Haiti.

Had a beautiful, smooth flight and landed without incident until.....

We landed and was just taxiing into position when the right main tire went flat.

We were immediately surrounded by my friends at the airport and the tire was repaired within minutes.  Praise God for good friends.

As the tire was being repaired, Chuck turned the camera toward me and asked me a couple of questions.  Out of that came this interview.

On this little interview, I'm able to tell a bit more about what Air Mobile does.  I'm thankful to Chuck and Annette for sharing their great gift with Air Mobile.  Here's the interview - AN INTERVIEW WITH AIR MOBILE JOE

This is another example of how...."Our Lord knows how to deploy His troops!

BARBARA UPDATE:  Yesterday morning, we brought Barbara to the neurosurgeon for her to get a "Spinal Tap".  The procedure went perfectly and Barb is doing just fine.  This is the final test and we're simply awaiting the results.  Please remember to PRAY for Barb to regain her strength.

Meanwhile, Haiti is slipping into a political crisis.  Yesterday, the OAS (Organization of American States) has agreed to send a team to Haiti to help.  We PRAY for Haiti!  Here's more - OAS TO SEND SPECIAL MISSION TO HAITI AMID POLITICAL CRISIS

We were able to do a good ground run-up on the Little Donkey and the turbo worked just fine.

I'm just waiting for the weather to clear so that we can take it up for a high-altitude test flight.  The weather is pretty crummy today, so we'll just have to wait.

Yesterday evening, my good friend and great "WATER MULE", Joe Prussel showed up to pick an Air Mobile Rescuer.  He'd be demonstrating the unit to some young people in his church.

It was going to be a 10 minute exchange but....my other friends Cody and Lee were at the table and we began talking about the Lord.  For the next 3 hours we plunged into Matthew 24 and discussed the "End Times".  Love it when we fellowship around God's Word!

So, it's time to get on with this day.  As always, THANK YOU for your wonderful prayer, love and support!!

A QUICK BLOG ON A RAINY DAY

Awoke early this morning to the sound of a gentle rain (in normally 'sunny' Florida).  Have to head out early this morning to bring the "Barbara" for a test that involves a surgical procedure.  Please PRAY that all goes well.

Overall, Barbara is doing much better and all of these tests will certainly tell "what Barbara does not have".

It's been a joy having her with us.  There has been a steady stream of visitors who have taken Barb out to shop and eat at some really good restaurants.

So many folks in our area have adopted children out of Haiti with Barbara's invaluable help.  We're just so THANKFUL for this intrepid, brave missionary....AKA "Rambo in the Blue Dress".  Please continue to pray for her as she regains her strength!

I just received this YouTube from my dear friend Chuck Reich of "Revelations TV".  He "captured" a recent flight to Haiti.  Hope you enjoy it - AN INTERVIEW WITH AIR MOBILE JOE

Well, it's time to drive Barb to the doctor for this next test.  As always, THANK YOU for your invaluable and precious prayer, love and support!!

ORGANIZING

One of the great advantages to having the "Barbara" with us is tapping into her "Organizing" skills.  Anyone who has ever been to Haiti and stayed in the "Village" knows exactly what I'm talking about.

We also refer to Barbara as "The General".  She has a great gift of organizing and utilizing volunteers to get a lot of work done.

We had a couple of "volunteers", Cody and Joelle available and Barbara directed them in the extreme organization of our Hangar where the Little Donkey resides.

Right in the middle of the Hangar Operation, Dr. Steve called to see how Barbara was doing.  I snapped a shot of Barb with a solid "Thumbs Up".  She's doing so much better.  THANK YOU for your prayers!

Tomorrow, Barb will be going in for the final test to determine if there are any neurological issues.  We've all seen that rest has been exactly what Barbara needed.

Meanwhile, things are just collapsing in Haiti.  The postponement of the latest round of elections is causing a true political crisis.  The leaders are scrambling to put together an "Interim Government" until Elections can be done.

Please PRAY for Haiti.  Here's the latest - HAITI LEADERS SEEK WAY OUT OF POLITICAL CRISIS

Today, will be putting the final touches on the Little Donkey and getting it ready for a test flight.  Time to head out.  As always, THANK YOU for your precious prayer, love and support!!

SUPER SUNDAY

Now, I know that America is moving toward the Super Bowl.  Manning (the oldest QB to reach this level) against Cam Newton is going to be quite a match-up.

But....this last Sunday was SUPER for our Air Mobile Team because we were able to bring the GOOD NEWS of JESUS to those who are locked up.

As you've likely noticed, we can give NO Details of the ministry that we do in the Hospital because of "Confidentiality Restrictions"

But what we can say is:  "Jesus is moving behind those walls and we're just blessed to be part of it.  We've been able to do this 'UNINTERRUPTED' for 18 years."

We NEVER take this privilege for granted.  We're just so THANKFUL for the OPEN DOOR that we have to preach the Gospel!

Every day, we have the opportunity to share our faith and give to those whom we encounter the GOOD NEWS of JESUS.  I pray that our Lord will lead and direct me this day.

THANK YOU, for your precious prayer, love and support!!

Wow, what a storm!  The snow has finally stopped leaving many records broken in the Northeast.  Here's more - JONAS: 14 DEAD; FIRST STORM TO DUMP TWO FEET OF SNOW IN BOTH BALTIMORE & NYC

We even got down to 34 degrees, with a wind chill of 25 degrees here in Florida this morning.  BRRRR!

Meanwhile, our intrepid Barbara, was at the airport, arranging cargo for the next shipment going to Haiti.  She's "between" tests and we can't keep her down.  That's Barbara!!

BTW, Barb is feeling much better.  The rest is doing her good.  It was a blessing to get her out of Haiti for a bit.

The political climate there is quite turbulent.  The Elections have been postponed and Haiti is in limbo and quite turbulent.

We are praying for peace and calm to prevail.  Here's more - INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY APPEALS FOR DIALOGUE & CALM IN HAITI

It's Sunday morning and we're getting ready for Church and then to the Hospital where we'll conduct 3 more services for those who are "shut in".  We're just THANKFUL to be able to minister the Good News of Jesus!

WINTER STORM JONAS "UNLEASHES" ON NORTHEAST TODAY

This morning, 33 million remain under a "Blizzard" alert and 77 million under a "Wind" alert.   JONAS is a BAD WINTER STORM!!

As I type this blog, Jonas is unleashing it's full fury on millions.  Here's more on this historic storm - WINTER STORM JONAS BRINGING PEAK IMPACTS TO MID ATLANTIC & NORTHEAST SATURDAY; BLIZZARD WARNINGS FROM D.C. TO NEW YORK CITY

We certainly PRAY for all in the path of this terrible storm.  Down here in the South, we've been dealing with severe storms.

At one point yesterday, while driving Barbara around, when opening a door, it slammed forward in 50mph winds, crashing into a post & putting a painful dent in the door.  OUCH!!

Barbara is getting so many "Tests" done.  One thing is for sure at the end of all of this;  Barb will know what she DOESN'T have!

While running Barb all around (and dodging storms), headed down to Vero Beach and picked up the freshly Rebuilt Turbo for the Little Donkey.  Paul and I will be installing it today.

Some of that COLD BLAST from JONAS will get down here in Florida tonight.  We'll be approaching FREEZING temperatures tonight.

Time to head out into this blustery, cold day and see if we can get the Little Donkey back into the air.  As always, THANK YOU for your precious prayer, love and support!!

BIG BLIZZARD COMING

10's of millions of Americans are in the path of a deadly, crippling blizzard.  Washington DC and New York in the "bulls-eye" of Winter Storm Jonas.

Best "batten down" the hatches and make sure you've got provisions and be prepared for major power outages!

Here's more - DANGEROUS WINTER STORM 'JONAS' TO BRING CRIPPLING SNOWSTORM; ICE THREAT!

Our hearts go out to the "homeless" and elderly during these types of storms.  If you're in the path of Jonas try to help someone less fortunate!

Meanwhile, on the "Warm Side" of Jonas, here in Florida, we're expecting severe Thunderstorms and possible tornadoes.  Definitely not a "Good Weather Day"!

This morning, we'll be bringing Barbara in for more tests.  Please PRAY that the Doctors find the problem (neurological) and that our Lord brings complete healing.

Yesterday, I reported that the upcoming Elections in Haiti have been "Suspended".  It appears as if that decision has been "Reversed" and the Elections will go on as scheduled.

Haiti is a "Mess" right now.  We PRAY for peace and sanity to prevail.  Here's the latest - HAITI PRESIDENT: RUNOFF VOTE WILL TAKE PLACE AS SCHEDULED

It's time to head out to get Barb to the Doctor.  THANKS, as always for your precious and invaluable prayer, love and support!!

HAITI "SUSPENDS" ELECTIONS....BARBARA SLIPS OUT

As I reported yesterday, Haiti is being racked by violent protests regarding the upcoming elections.

Yesterday afternoon, the Haiti Senate voted to suspend the elections (temporarily).  Here's more - HAITI SENATE APPROVES MEASURE CALLING FOR SUSPENSION OF VOTE

As that vote was being held, our intrepid Barbara slipped out of Haiti on-board an American Airlines Flight.  We picked her up late last night.

She described her run to the airport as "smelling" burning tires and seeing a lot of smoke, but she made it out just fine.  THANK YOU for praying!

Barb will be getting more tests this week and will be with us for a while.  As I have told you before, Barb is responsible for "rescuing" thousands of children from Haiti, including our Juliet and Ariana.  Please continue to PRAY that the doctors find the problem and that our Lord heals Barb!

BTW, late yesterday afternoon, Vickie from the Alternative Pregnancy Center (APC) called and informed me that there were more supplies for Barb and the Orphans.  Our Lord knows how to deploy His troops and provide the supplies!!

Regarding our Little Donkey and the "old turbo"....even though it was still working, it was quite old and... why not just get it Overhauled by that honest shop in Vero Beach.

Yesterday, I drove it back down and Jeff, the lead technician, opened it up.  It showed normal wear and we all agreed, it was the prudent and good thing to overhaul it.

We've already heard from Dr. Steve early this morning and we'll be getting Barb in for those tests quite quickly.

Normally, it takes a while to schedule such tests, but Steve has been right on it.  Again, we're very THANKFUL to Dr. Steve for his love and care!!

Time to head out into this "chilly" Florida morning.  As always, and I mean with all my heart, THANK YOU for your precious prayer, love and support!!

We PRAY for Barbara, who recently returned to Haiti and is still awaiting the results of her medical tests that have been conducted here in Florida.  She needs to return to the U.S. for more tests and we pray for her to get here safely.

Meanwhile, I'll be heading to the airport this morning to assist Paul in installing the Turbo (that is OK) and seeking to find the reason for the recent failure.  I know that our Lord will help us and again, would appreciate your prayers for us to have wisdom.

THANK YOU for standing so faithfully with us!  We so appreciate your precious prayer, love and support!!

HONEST MIKE - TURBO OK

I appreciate honest business folks.  Mike is one.  Have used ATC (Approved Turbo Components - Vero Beach) for years.  They're an excellent shop.

Well, I brought our "suspect" turbo in for Mike to check out.  After he inspected the turbo, his verdict was:  "The turbo is OK, no need to overhaul it".  Again, I appreciate Mike's honesty.

We'll re-install it and continue to test the entire turbo system to find the "Gremlin".  Paul is the "best" at that.

After seeing Mike at ATC, had a cup of coffee with my good friend, Bill, who lives in Vero Beach.

You may recall that Bill donated the "Little Donkey" (AKA:  "Ti Burik") to Air Mobile immediately following the terrible earthquake that crippled Haiti (Jan 2010).  Many, many folks have been blessed because of that great gift to Air Mobile.  THANKS again, Bill!

Today will be dedicated to gathering more supplies for Haiti and preparing for our "next mission".  As always, THANK YOU for your invaluable prayer, love and support!!

A TURBO NOT BOOSTING

On our last flight from Haiti, on the last 30 minute leg, the rear engine turbo didn't kick in on the Little Donkey.  All temperatures were normal and the engine ran smooth as silk, just didn't have that extra turbo boost.

Our excellent mechanic, Paul pulled it on Saturday. Today, I'll be joined by a new friend, Cody and we'll drive it down to Vero Beach, FL to have it checked out by a very good Turbo Shop.

Yesterday was a banner day at the Hospital.  All 3 services went so well.  We're so THANKFUL that we can openly and freely share the Good News of Jesus!!

We, like millions around the world, are rejoicing at the recent release of Pastor Saeed Abedini from Iran.  Pastor Saeed has been a Champion for Jesus!  Here's more - PASTOR SAEED ABEDINI RELEASED FROM PRISON

So many around the world are persecuted for their faith in Jesus.  May we remember them in prayer!

AT 4:00AM......

Our trusty "Midland" WX radio sounded the alarm.  The alert was for very strong thunderstorms with 60+mph winds and the chance of tornadoes.  I quickly got up & secured the garbage cans and lawn furniture.

So THANKFUL for that little radio that told us in advance of this bad weather!

Do you have a Weather Radio?  If not, I suggest that when you go out today,  buy one!!

You'll be glad you did!  Usually Radio Shack has them for sale and they're not very expensive.  But the "Early Warning" could save your life!!

I quickly brought up the satellite image of the storm on my phone and it was, indeed, a very large and dangerous storm.

We had high winds and a lot of rain but no serious damage.  Again, so glad that we had that warning!

Unfortunately several people did lose their lives across the state.  We pray for those who lost loved ones.  Here's more - TWO DEATHS / MULTIPLE INJURIES AFTER TORNADO & SEVERE STORMS HIT FLORIDA

Sometimes, severe weather alerts will come over our cell phone.  In this case, there was no cell phone warning, only my trusty little weather radio!

Yesterday, the weather was just beautiful.  I had no way of knowing that "killer storms were coming".

Earlier, Paul and I were able to work on the Little Donkey.  I'm very grateful for his knowledge and skill!!

While at the airport yesterday, I saw Brian's pretty C-172 taxi up.  Andrew Watkins was at the controls.

Just over a year ago, I had lunch with Joey Watkins and his son, Andrew.  Andrew had a strong desire to learn how to fly.  I suggested that he contact Brian, our excellent flight instructor.

He did and now...Andrew is in final preparation for his Private Pilot Check-Ride.

I am so proud of Andrew and very thankful that we have such a great Flight Instructor in Brian!  Our Lord has an AIR FORCE and He's constantly recruiting new pilots for His Glory!!!

Well, it's Sunday Morning in America and we're getting ready to go to Church.  So THANKFUL for that freedom.

Then, we'll go to the Hospital and conduct 3 separate services for the the Adolescents, the Acute Care Patients and the Adults.  Wow, what an opportunity and privilege to share our faith in Jesus!!

As always, THANK YOU for your precious prayer, love and support!!

 "WISDOM IS BETTER THAN GOLD"

Was reading Proverbs 16 today and this verse stands out (V16)..."Wisdom is better than gold".  In the midst of the blaring headlines..."Stock Market plunging...100's of Walmarts closing (oh my) and global uncertainty", it's good to know that we can hold tightly to the hand of our Lord and seek His wisdom for our lives.

There is such peace and comfort in the Word of God. That's why I try to read it every day (yes, some days I miss it and I certainly feel it when I do).

As many of you know, I often read at least a Proverb that corresponds with the day.  If you find yourself dealing with anxiety and even fear of the future, just pick up the Bible and read.

If you don't know where, simply start with the Proverb of the day.  If you don't have your Bible handy and need a "boost", here's Proverb 16 for your reading pleasure - PROVERBS 16 NKJV

BTW, our intrepid Barbara is slowly regaining her strength.  Notice, she's holding a Walmart bag and was very relieved that our Local Walmart is still open!!  Again, THANK YOU for praying for her!!

This morning, will be working with Paul, our mechanic, to open up and inspect the Little Donkey.  Can't even begin to tell you how thankful I am for a good mechanic and a great little airplane!

Time to head out into this beautiful day that our Lord has made!  BTW, did you see these remarkable images in the sky yesterday, the Morning Angel and Cross?

I love it when our Lord gives us signs in the heavens!  SUNRISE ANGEL & CROSS PHOTOGRAPHED IN THE SAME DAY

As always, THANK YOU for your precious prayer, love and support!!

THANK YOU FOR PRAYING FOR BARB...SHE'S DOING BETTER!!

Barb is doing well enough to go her favorite store, WALMART.  She and Cindy spent the day gathering up needed supplies for Haiti.  THANK YOU again for praying for our dear sister!

Slowly, her strength is returning to her extremities.  Dr. Steve has been relaying the results of the multiple tests back to her.

There are more test results to come.  So, we'll take good care of Barb and likely do some more shopping today for the orphans.

Spoke with Paul, our aircraft mechanic and we're scheduling to open up the Little Donkey for inspection following our last flight.  Again, I'm so thankful to have an excellent mechanic.

One of our team members needs to get to the airport this morning, so this blog will be brief.  I may come back and write a bit more.  God bless and as always, THANK YOU for your precious prayer, love and support!!

KEEP PRAYING FOR BARB!

Yesterday morning, we rushed Barb to see Dr. Steve.  She had lost a lot of strength in her hands and feet.

We're so THANKFUL to Dr. Steve for being there for us!  You may recall. several months ago, I rushed another Missionary, Mallori, to see Dr. Steve for an infected spider bite.

Again, he was there for us on a moments notice! Yes, "Surely God knows how to deploy His troops!!"

Steve ordered a CAT Scan.  Barb, with her ever-present sense of humor said...."Oh goody, maybe the test will tell me if I had been eating cats and not known it in Haiti" (Haitians love to eat cats).

Then a whole host of blood tests were ordered.  Steve also gave Barb a shot of steroids.  We awaited the next step from Dr. Steve.

We'll be awaiting the results and Dr. Steve has encouraged Barb to "stick around for a few days" to see how it all turns out.  Cindy will be keeping a close eye on Barb while she's with us.

Now, to those of you who may be new to this "rambling blog", Barb is a legend in Haiti and to thousands around the world.  For you see, Barb has arranged over 2000 adoptions and saved countless lives.

We affectionately call Barb, "Rambo in the Blue Dress" because of her courageous and relentless determination of saving little babies in harms way.  We've seen Barb overcome impossible obstacles again and again and again in this noble quest.

Cindy and I have 2 precious children, Juliet and Ariana, whom Barb rescued.  Dr. Steve has a precious little girl, Lensa, that Barb also saved.  Yes, WE LOVE BARB!

Please remember to pray for her as we help her with this latest medical challenge.  BTW, the steroid shot has helped and strength is slowly coming back to her.  PRAISE GOD!

Oh, must also tell you, I've been OVERWHELMED by Birthday Wishes on Facebook.  To all of you who sent your well wishes, THANK YOU!

So, it's time to head out into this day.  Yes, my "To Do List" is quite long and the only way to knock it down is one thing at a time.  As I always say, and mean with all my heart, THANK YOU for your precious prayer, love and support!!

65 YEARS AGO TODAY... & JUST IN:  URGENT PRAYER REQUEST

A young mother from Denham Springs, LA gave birth to a baby boy at the Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge, LA....65 years ago today.  He's the one writing this rambling blog.

I often think of my "Momma" and remember her funny expressions (she had a great sense of humor) and her wit and wisdom and above all, her UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.

She only had a 10th grade education, but she had a Doctorate in Humanity and a heart full of love.

When I was young, I never could imagine living this long.  My life was filled with adventure and danger and oh, so many close calls.  By God's Amazing Grace, I'm sitting here writing you!  BTW, still having adventures and danger and yes, many close calls!!

Yesterday, marked then end of the latest Haiti Mission.  Much had been accomplished and for that, I'm extremely thankful.  But it was time to come home.

Barbara needed a ride back to the U.S. also.  We arrived at the airport bright and early, loaded up the Little Donkey and headed back to the U.S.

I knew that we would have some potential weather along the way.  So glad for those extra fuel tanks.

As we approached the Nassau area, the WX was deteriorating.  There was a lot precipitation and the freezing level was quite low.  I tried to circumnavigate them, but just couldn't.

The weather was rapidly moving east and the Island of Freeport was just clear enough for us to slip in.  We sat out the next wave of weather and several hours later took off and made it in with no problems.

UPDATE - URGENT PRAYER REQUEST

Now, I have a rather serious prayer request.  Barbara is staying at our home.  This morning, just moments ago, she noted that she did not have strength in her extremities.  I just phoned Dr. Steve and we're heading there right now.  PLEASE PRAY for Barbara!

I'm cutting this blog short and bringing Barb to the Doctor.  THANKS, as always for your precious prayer, love and support!!

6 YEARS AGO TODAY.....

Up early reflecting on when I received the call from Barbara.  It was just before 5:00pm on January 12, 2010.  I could barely understand her, as she asked me again and again, "what's happening??".  She said...  "Joe, it's either a bomb or a monster earthquake".  It was the latter.

Over 200,000 people died, many that day .  We were able, by God's grace, to find an airplane, pack it full of supplies and land in Haiti the next day.  We were the first private plane to land following that dreadful day.

It is a day I will never forget.  It was also my birthday.  I would not have spent my birthday anywhere else on the earth.  Folks, I can't think of that day and not cry.

So, this morning, I'm up early and reflecting and praying and remembering and yes, maybe crying just a bit.

In some ways, Haiti has come far and in other ways, things are pretty much the same.  We certainly pray another earthquake will not hit Haiti, but....many experts say, "It's just a matter of time".

I scanned many news sources and didn't find a thing remembering that awful day.  I did come across this article that tells just how vulnerable Haiti is - 6 YEARS AFTER HAITI QUAKE, RISKS STILL HIGH

One thing, for which I am extremely thankful is that we now have 337 Air Mobile Rescuers spread throughout Haiti and should another disaster hit, we can provide fresh clean drinking water to tens of thousands of Haiti...even as we are doing every day.

We have been able to do this with your prayer, love and support.  THANK YOU for standing so faithfully with us!

Also, just after midnight, on January 13, 2010, I penned my first blog following the terrible Haiti earthquake.  Now, 6 years later, I'm still writing this "rambling" blog and have not missed A SINGLE DAY since then.

Many of you have joined me on this journey and we've been all over the world from Haiti to Nepal to India to the Philippines to Dominica and many, many other areas where folks are desperate and thirsty and hungry.  Together, we've been able to bring them the love of God.  Again, THANK YOU for meandering down this road with me!

Well, the roosters are in full concert and the sun is about to rise. What will this day hold?  Only our Lord knows.  I'm holding tightly to His hand.  God bless!!

TO ANSE-A-PITRES & BACK

Yesterday morning, Barb (AKA - Rambo in the Blue Dress) and I struck out for an exploratory mission to a refugee camp on the Haiti Dominican Border.

The long and winding and difficult road took us to over 6000 feet.  The average speed was about 15mph.

About 3 hours into the journey, we found a beautiful, quiet spot in the middle of a "Pine Forest".  It was quite chilly as the elevation was over 5000 feet.  We had a quick little Haitian Picnic.

After 6 "bone-jarring" hours, we arrived into Anse-A-Pitre.  Here, thousands of Haitians had been "deported" here from the Dominican Republic.

We had heard that the conditions were very bad and that Cholera had been a problem. That is what we came to investigate.  We stopped at the only "Hotel" in town and spoke with Santana, the Manager to gain more info about what the conditions are "on the ground".  Santana was very helpful.

Next, we needed to find several acceptable "Landing Zones" (LZ) should we be blessed to get Helicopter Air Ambulance (HAA) to fly in some Doctors to assist in the camp.

Along the route, I spoke with Ralph, the President of HAA and he asked me to locate several prospective LZ's.  Pieces are coming together.  We found 3 good locations for future relief flights.  The first one was right on the beach at the edge of town.

Next, we would survey what water is available in the area.  We were very pleased to find that there are excellent sources of water.  Haiti and the Dominican have cooperated on a good system and several sources were located near the main camp.

Along the way to the camp, a young man asked us for a ride.  He was going to the camp, as he had been a "resident" there for 8 months.  His name is Masala.  Upon arrival, we talked about his situation.  It was sad and all too typical.

He was all alone, no family with him.  He had been one of the early deportees of Haitians living and working in the Dominican.

He lived in a cardboard shack.  He showed us around and the overall attitude in the camp was quite friendly.

The "residents" of this camp ranged from elderly to very young.

Kids were everywhere.  Always had a smile.

We asked about Cholera and found out that it had been a serious issue several weeks ago and a number of "residents" had died from the dread disease.  However, the outbreak had subsided and there were no known cases "at this time".  We PRAY that it stays away!

We had brought about 500 meals of Manna Pack (that Love-A-Child) had so graciously donated.  We gladly shared them with the camp.

I've already been in touch with my good friend, Bob Bostic of "Deliver the Difference" and we're working on a way to get these folks more food.

As the sun was setting we departed for Port-Au-Prince, still 6 hours away.

We arrived safe and sound at the "Village" at 10:30pm.  It had been a long day and it was good to be back safe & sound.  I had spoken to Cindy along the route and we had a lot of folks praying for us on the "Exploratory Mission".

Well, it's time to head out into this day.  Have more meetings planned regarding Air Traffic Safety.  As always, THANK YOU for your precious and greatly appreciated prayer, love and support!!!

SEEING "OLD" AND DEAR FRIENDS

No, I don't mean that these friends are "that old", but our friendship goes back 38 years. Bobby and Sherry Burnette, of Love A Child, and I definitely have history

We first met in Haiti as "Rookie Missionaries". We've got a hundred + stories of God's Amazing Grace and His great Patience with us!

We always laugh a lot at the memories of those early days.  We really thought we had it "all figured out".  Boy, did we have a lot to learn!!

Bobby & Sherry also provide food to scores of Missionaries in Haiti and yesterday was Barbara's day to go pick up a beautiful load of food.  Barb distributes that food to hundreds of hungry folks in our community.

While visiting with these dear friends, I made inquiry of the large refugee camp in Anse-a-Pitres, that is receiving thousands of Haitians, who have been deported from the Dominican Republic.

I also asked if they knew anything about the report of cholera in that area.  They had not heard any news, so today, we'll take the 4+ hour drive there and check it out for ourselves.

BTW, that great load of MannaPak food (graciously provided by Love-A-Child) is helping to replenish Barb's food depot.

The load of formula and baby food that the Little Donkey carried in helped (thanks to your generosity and love).

We still have a way to go, but we're definitely making progress on getting Barb's Food Depot re-stocked.

So, the sun has risen and I'm about to have that 2nd cup of coffee.  We'll pack up and hit the road for Anse-a-Pitres to see what we can do to help.  Again, THANK YOU for your precious prayer, love and support!!

PS - If you'd like to know more about the wonderful work that Bobby and Sherry do in Haiti, here's the link.  We really love these guys!!!  LOVE A CHILD

FINDING ANSWERS / SOLUTIONS

In Haiti, we have a problem with AM Radio interference over the Aviation Communication Band.  This can cause major difficulties in receiving vital information regarding weather and the position of other aircraft etc.

Yesterday, I had the privilege to sit down with the Director General of CONATEL (the FCC of Haiti), and a host of engineers to discuss the problem.  I was joined by Engineer Cesar from OFNAC (the FAA of Haiti).

The collaboration and discussion could not have gone any better.  Earlier, I had contacted a number of pilots, whom I personally know, and asked them to begin "monitoring" the problem when they are on routine flights.  They gladly agreed.

You see, we are creating a true "Win-Win" situation here.  It is in every ones best interest to identify and correct these problems ASAP, as pilots must have good communication to fly safely!!

Again, it's such a blessing to work together with folks who have a heart to make things better and safer!

Today, will be heading into the provinces to check on the report of Cholera.  We're looking forward to bringing some clean water to fight that deadly disease.

So, again, THANK YOU for your precious prayer, love and support!!!

VERY ENCOURAGING MEETINGS!

Yesterday, we concluded 3 days of meetings with OFNAC (FAA of Haiti).  We (Harris) presented numerous proposals to significantly improve Air Safety in Haiti.

After careful consideration and good questions, the overall decision was to move forward with each one!  Praise God!!

Now, we need to PRAY that Haiti can secure the funding for these much needed improvements.  With God, ALL THINGS are possible!!

As many of you know, Cindy and I are "Tent-Makers", in that we do not draw a salary from Air Mobile.  We VOLUNTEER just like all of the Air Mobile Team Members.

We gain our personal income, like Paul did, by "Making Tents".  This is what our relationship with the Harris Corporation has enabled us to do.

In this case, our efforts have dramatically improved the safety of the airways for all aircraft coming into and departing Port-Au-Prince and Cap Haitian.

Today, we have a meeting with CONATEL (the FCC of Haiti).  We'll be working with them to find solutions to interference that is coming from outside sources (not our Harris Communication equipment).  Please PRAY that we have wisdom and guidance as to how to solve these problems.

Today, we'll also be researching the actual conditions into the isolated Refugee Camp located on the extreme southern tip of Haiti.  We have heard that Cholera is a big problem.  We hope to be able to do something to help.

In the midst of all of this "business" there have been multiple opportunities to share the Good News of Jesus.  Our Lord tells us to "Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature"!!

Now, it's time to head out into this beautiful day that our Lord has made.  So, as I say every day and mean with all of my heart, THANK YOU for your invaluable prayer, love and support!!

GEO-POLITICAL JITTERS / FEAR

Sitting here in Haiti, long before the sun has risen, with the Haitian roosters in full concert, I'm reading about China's Stock Market Plunge (trading was just stopped for the 2nd time).

What does it mean?  Not sure... but the world is certainly shaking.  Here's the latest - CHINA HALTS TRADING AFTER 7% ROUT TRIGGERS CIRCUIT BREAKER

Just read about N. Korea's claim to have detonated a Hydrogen Bomb.  If they did, it's not good.  Here's more - N. KOREA SAYS IT HAS DETONATED IT'S FIRST HYDROGEN BOMB

So, what does one do as these things unfold and spill into our lives?  As for me, I'll keep my eyes fixed on Jesus and do what I can today to serve Him today.

Yesterday, had some wonderful meetings with Haitian Officials on the quest to improve Aviation Safety.  This is so encouraging and it's such a pleasure working with these folks.  Some of whom, I've personally known for nearly 35 years.

Today, will be in "wrap-up" meetings.  Please pray with us that all things go well and that we'll be able to continue to bring these wonderful improvements to Haiti.

Air Mobile reaches into many levels....from abandoned orphans to the heads of government.  We THANK GOD for the open doors that He places before us.

Above all, I simply want to be where He wants me to be and when He wants me there.

Now, the sun has risen and it's time to head out into this day that our Lord has made.  As always, THANK YOU for your faithful prayer, love and support!!

SAFER AIRWAYS

Yesterday was a good day.  Nate who is with the Harris Corporation, and I had multiple meetings with Officials from OFNAC (the FAA of Haiti).  Our goal:  To improve Air Safety in Haiti.

Haiti has made major strides toward that goal!  Several years ago, we installed Harris "State of the Art" ATC Communications Systems at both Port-Au-Prince and Cap Haitian.

Now, we can communicate clearly from distances never before reached.  The Airways are definitely safer.  But....we're not content to stop with communications.

We're working on training, wind shear avoidance and a host of other improvements that will soon place Haiti at the top of the list for safety and innovation.   Praise God!!

Over 30 years ago, I met Enock Raymond, then a "Rookie" Air Traffic Controller at Port-Au-Prince.  We worked together on a miraculous "sea rescue".  We've been very close friends ever since.

We prayed together all those years ago for Haiti to have the best ATC System in the Caribbean.  I can't begin to tell you what a BLESSING it is to see this coming to pass!!!

Today, we'll be in more meetings with OFNAC.  Please PRAY together with us for our Lord's will to be done regarding improvements in the ATC System in Haiti!

In addition to this noble project of Air Safety, we're researching the facts on a Cholera outbreak on the southern tip of Haiti.

Thousands of Haitians are being deported from the Dominican Republic and are living in make-shift refugee camps where cholera has been reported.  We hope to be able to bring them clean water.

Well, the sun is just rising and I've had that 2nd cup of coffee.  Time to head out into the beautiful day that our Lord has made.  As always, and I mean with all my heart, THANK YOU for your precious prayer, love and support!!

JUST ENOUGH OF A BREAK....

The Little Donkey was all loaded and fueled and just waiting to "gallop".  Had been watching the weather and then it came, just enough of a break to allow me to "slip" into Haiti.

I kissed my Cindy goodbye and headed to the airport.  Did the final fueling, pre-flight and prayed for our Lord to lead the way.

There was still a lot of light rain along the route and the freezing level was quite low.  Initially, I flew at 11,000' to avoid icing.

Then, just as I passed Nassau, the sun broke through and the rest of the flight was clear and smooth.

Folks, I just love to fly.  Being able to do this and at the same time bring in help and relief to the needy is just so cool.

Often when I fly, I feel just a little closer to the Lord.  We've had such wonderful fellowship on these journey's.

Slowly, Barb's food pantry is beginning to be replenished.  Barb is also surrounded by so many wonderful volunteers, like Mandy from Utah.

Mandy has been coming in and helping Barb for years.  Again, where would we be without so many helping us to help others!

BTW, Doug, our premier "Water Mule" made that little blue wagon and the Little Donkey flew it in.

So, as I sit at my "Haiti Desk" sipping a good cup of coffee and writing this rambling blog, I'm just THANKFUL for the safe journey and the opportunity to bring food and clean water to those who so need it.

This is going to be a busy week in Haiti.  The political turmoil is adding to the challenges as we travel the roads.  Please pray a special prayer of protection as move about.

As always, THANK YOU for your faithful and vital prayer, love and support!!

INCOMING GIFTS / A NICE "STRIPE" & WATCHING WEATHER

What a day of receiving gifts for others less fortunate.  I'm so THANKFUL for generous folks!  Barbara's food pantry has been very low and the word has gone out.

Michelle and her husband brought a great load of food and other goodies after church. Our Lord, so faithfully, deployed His troops!

Then, after "Delta Rose" landed from Detroit, (Rose is a Flight Attendant for Delta), we met at a local McDonalds for the transfer of vital medical supplies for Haiti.

Another one of our great "Water Mules", Yahn, is very talented and recently went over the Little Donkey touching up the paint job and he finished the long awaited "Gold Stripe".  We are so blessed to have such talent and ability in our "Volunteer Corp"!

I'm up early this morning checking the weather and there's a "lingering line" of storms coming through Florida. We're just waiting for them to clear out.

We spent a week up in Tennessee with storm after storm. Hopefully, they will come to an end soon.

It's good to be back in Florida, but must admit, those Tennessee mountains are sure sweet and peaceful.

Looks like 2016 is going to be quite a year.  We'll be launching our "Next Mission" soon.  As always, THANK YOU for your invaluable PRAYER, LOVE AND SUPPORT!!

GATHERING GIFTS

After returning to Florida, we began meeting folks with gifts and supplies for Haiti.  One of our great "Water Mules", Doug took it on himself to find the funding for a dedicated generator for our "Intrepid" Barbara in Haiti.  He delivered the pretty red generator yesterday.

Earlier, Julie, another friend to Air Mobile, brought a beautiful load of food and diapers for the Orphanage in Haiti.

Again, we're so THANKFUL for generous and caring souls who help the helpless.  Together, we're able to bring relief and hope and love to those who so need it.

Today, I'll be meeting with our dear "Delta Rose" who has more supplies for Haiti.  Rose has helped us time and time again to travel the world bringing clean water to the thirsty by providing "Delta Buddy Passes" to our teams.  God bless you, Rose!

While meeting Rose, Margaret, another faithful "Gatherer" of gifts will be meeting us with more baby food and supplies for Haiti.  Just moments ago, I hung up the phone with Michelle who also has gifts for Haiti.  I just love when our Lord touches hearts to help!!

As we "Launch" into 2016, Cindy and I are excited about all that lies before us.  We're surrounded by so many loving and caring friends, who help us daily in this journey of reaching out to a thirsty and hungry world.  Above all, we're THANKFUL to our Lord Jesus for touching the hearts of our friends who help us to help others!

I am ever reminded of the Words of our Lord Jesus in Matthew 25:35-36..."I was hungry and thirsty.. and you gave me to eat and drink...when you've done it unto the least of these, my Brethren, you've done it unto Me".

Again, we're so THANKFUL to you for standing with us with your prayer, love and support!!

LED HOME BY GRACE

We got up early yesterday and packed up & loaded up in our Ford Escape and hit the road for the 12+ hour journey home.  THANK GOD, we made it all the way home safe and sound.

I jumped in this "selfie" shot.  It's always a sad day to leave the little "Retreat Cabin" in the mountains of East Tennesssee, but it was time to return to Florida and get ready for the "Next Mission".

Peter helped drive we were thankful there was not a single accident or delay on the 730 mile journey.  We pulled into our driveway after 1:30am and were, again THANKFUL for the safe journey.

Today, we'll be meeting some volunteers at the airport to receive a nice load of baby food / formula / medicine, etc. for Haiti.  We're so GRATEFUL for generous souls!

We've also been following a tragedy "unfolding" on the Haiti / Dominican Border.  The DR (Dominican Republic) has been deporting tens of thousands of Haitians and this has caused a new "Refugee Camp" to be formed in a very inhospitable area of the country.

Apparently, Cholera is breaking out.  They NEED CLEAN WATER!  Here's more - "LIFE WITHOUT DIGNITY" FOR 'STATE-LESS' ON HAITI BORDER

Again, we are following this situation very closely.  Even though we're a bit "road-weary", it's time to head out into this day that our Lord has made.

As always, THANK YOU for your vital and precious prayer, love and support!!

As we look back upon the many times that He has opened doors for us and provided for us, both life and safety, and the ability to bring help to the hopeless, we're just amazed and thankful!

We do look forward to this New Year - 2016.  There is so much going on in the world and the needs are so great. We're confident in Jesus and we hold on very tightly to His hand!

May we encourage you to put your trust and confidence in Jesus.  He is ever-present and He will never leave you or forsake you!

So, as I say every single day and mean with all my heart, THANK YOU for your precious prayer, love and support!

We're up early this morning and doing the final packing and loading.  We'll be hitting the road for Florida in a few hours.  Please pray for us to have a safe journey home.

We're in this "Fellowship" together (like "Fellows in a Ship"), and we'll see great and wonderful things in this New Year, by God'sAmazing Grace!!
